This half blazer/half sweater number is perfect for fighting goosebumps in summer AC. If you're part amphibian like me you probably can't sit through a meal at a restaurant without a cardi (p.s. every time I say "cardi" I think of schmidt from new girl). I am instantly attracted to pieces that can span a few seasons or climates due to my complete inability to maintain a normal body temperature 90% of the time.

I love your dress! And I'm like you...there's no way I'm making it through dinner at a restaurant without sleeves. Air conditioning is a blessing and a curse :P
