We made some bake sale goodies with trusty old Contessa (yes, our retro oven has a name) the other day and it was the perfect way to unwind during a crazy busy week. We have a BOATLOAD of seafoam colored cream cheese frosting left over, any suggestions? Other than the very obvious impulse to eat copious amounts of it all by itself until none remains ;)

One time I dipped a graham cracker into cream cheese and it was super delicious!
ReplyDeleteWait wait wait...you MADE those?! Wowza! Talk about professional status! I'm the kind of girl that will ruin those out-of-the-box kind of cupcakes... Good job!

You are too sweet! The chocolate drizzles are just chocolate chips, melt them in warm water in a ziploc, cut the edge and pipe onto a wax paper lined baking sheet and pop in the freezer to set :)
Deleteoh my gosh!!! Your blog is to die for!!! You are the cutest! Now following and cannot wait to read more!

Wait...is that your OVEN!? retro and amazing. The cupcakes look yummy!!!
ReplyDeleteThat oven is incredible! I'm curious, was it in your house/apartment or did you buy it and put it there? Either way, adorable. And I am a huge fan of cupcakes and bake sales, YUM! I recommend graham cracker sandwiches with the extra. That or cupcakes that you send to me, either way.
ReplyDeleteperfectly priya
It came with the apartment! We had a matching fridge but she is no longer with us and didn't have a fancy name plate like contessa (the stove) :)
Deletethese are GORGEOUS.
